Alongside technical skills, you’ll build essential soft skills to excel in the IT industry.
Placement Offer
If you’re a top performer, you’ll receive a placement offer within the company. Even if you don’t, we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way. We’ll help you enhance your skills, refer you within our network, assist with your CV, and prepare you for interviews to secure the right job.
When you enroll to GrowthX Program
- You get hired on a Software Developer - Intern role.
- At the end of the program, you’ll receive an Internship Certificate, recognizing your industry experience.
- After 4 months, if you're still interested in working with us, you won't have to pay anything. You can continue working with us while we help you search for a placement at an IT firm until you secure a position.
- We will provide all the necessary support throughout your job search journey.
